Agents can register their clients, who then can search by Cap Rate, Cash Flow, Equity and any number of other criteria. For example, if an investor wants positive cash flow of $100 or more, InvestorLoft searches MRIS for likely properties, compares them against up to seven other sources for rental income data, and makes suggestions to the investor. The agent is notified of their client's activity. This is a free service for RE/MAX Realty Group agents.
